We want you to love your kit. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers in the EU also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period in line with consumer law.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. We may refuse returns that show signs of use.
Items that can’t be returned
- Personalised items (with a printed name and/or number), unless faulty;
- Sale or discounted items;
- Gift cards.
How to start a return
Email support@kitsunited.com with your order number and the reason for your return. All returns must be approved before you send anything back — unapproved returns can’t be accepted. We’ll reply with instructions.
Return shipping
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund your original payment method within up to 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approved return reached us, please get in touch.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different size or kit is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
