These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the KitsUnited website and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

KitsUnited sells affordable, unofficial, fan-made replica football kits and related merchandise. Our products are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or licensed by any football club, national team, league or governing body.

Trademarks and intellectual property

All club names, crests, badges, logos and other trademarks referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the design a product is inspired by. No claim of ownership or official association is made or implied.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and may change at any time without notice. We work hard to display accurate prices and product information but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. Personalised items (with a printed name or number) are made to order.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Personalised and sale items are non-returnable except where faulty.

Limitation of liability

Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law
